Danya Cruver

Danya Cruver has had extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Danya started their career at Starbucks as a Shift Supervisor before transitioning to a Human Resources Representative role. In this position, they demonstrated strong knowledge of company policies, practices, and strategies while providing support to colleagues and handling sensitive information. Danya then joined OfferUp as a Human Resources Generalist, where they continued to develop their HR skills. Danya later worked at Expedia Group and Unify Consulting as a Human Resources Business Partner, further honing their expertise in this area. Danya's HR career progressed at Highspot, where they held various roles, including Senior HR Business Partner and Director of HR Business Partners. In these positions, they led a team and collaborated with leadership to implement people strategies aligned with the organization's goals. Most recently, Danya joined Nautilus Biotechnology as the Director of People & Culture, contributing to the company's HR functions.

Danya Cruver received a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Strayer University from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Western Washington University between 2008 and 2011. Additionally, they earned an Associate Degree of Arts and Sciences from Everett Community College from 2008 to 2010.
