Joshua Labaer

Joshua LaBaer serves as the Executive Director at the ASU Biodesign Institute and the Director of the Virginia G. Piper Center for Personalized Diagnostics. Additionally, Joshua contributes as a Scientific Advisor at Nautilus Biotechnology and Genstruct Inc., and holds a position on the Board of Directors at ATCC. Joshua is an Adjunct Professor of Medicine at Mayo Clinic and a Professor at Arizona State University in the School of Molecular Sciences. Prior roles include serving as President of US HUPO and Treasurer of the Human Proteome Organisation, along with their tenure as Director of the Harvard Institute of Proteomics. Joshua holds both a Doctor of Medicine and a Doctor of Philosophy in Biochemistry, Biophysics, and Molecular Biology from the University of California, San Francisco, along with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley.
