Matt Posard

Dr. Matt Posard is the current Chair at Nautilus Biotechnology. Prior to this, they were with Deepcell, Inc. as their Head of Business Development. Before that, they were with Stemson Therapeutics, Nautilus Biotechnology, and Fabric Genomics. At Talis Biomedical Corporation, they were a Member of the Board of Directors. DermTech was their previous company before that. Matt has also worked with EXPLORE DNA and Halozyme Therapeutics, Inc. Dr. Posard's career began at Illumina in 2006 where they held various positions over their 9-year tenure including Sales Analyst, Manager of Customer Service, Manager of Market Research, R&D Project Manager, and Strategic Marketing. In 2015, they left Illumina to pursue other opportunities.

Matt Posard graduated from Agoura Hills High School and went on to study management science at UC San Diego. After completing their BA, they completed a corporate governance program at UCLA Anderson School of Business and a certified director program at UCLA.
