Matthew Goldstein

Matthew Goldstein is a seasoned Managing Director at M12, Microsoft's Venture Fund, where Matthew has been instrumental in leading significant investments and successful exits for various startups, including notable companies such as Kahoot and Markforged. With experience spanning over several years, Goldstein also serves as an advisor at Systemiq Capital and holds director positions on the boards of Nautilus Labs, Palm NFT Studio, Cooler Screens, and HYAS. An accomplished investor, Goldstein has contributed to several funding rounds, including leading Series A rounds for marketplace innovators and actively engaging with B2B startups across North America, Europe, Israel, and India.
