Natalie Ng

Natalie Ng has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the hospitality industry. Natalie is currently a Program Manager at Nautilus Network Solutions, a position they started in June 2020. Prior to that, Natalie worked as a Business Manager at Impetus Group from September 2019 to June 2020. Natalie also served as a Duty Manager at Hilton Singapore from December 2016 to September 2019, and as a Front Desk Assistant Manager at the same company from September 2013 to December 2016. Natalie has also held positions at ibis Birmingham City Centre at Accor, where they were a Reception Team Leader from November 2012 to May 2013, and a Multitasking Team Member from December 2011 to November 2012. Their work experience began with an internship at Shangri-La Rasa Sayang Resorts and Spa from July 2008 to December 2008.

Natalie Ng earned a Diploma in Hotel Management from INTI Genting International College from 2007 to 2009. Natalie then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Business Management from the University of Birmingham from 2010 to 2011.
