Henry Novak

Henry Novak is a designer currently employed at Nautique Boat Company since February 2023. Previously, Henry served as an industrial designer at Ziba Design from January 2022 to October 2022, leading product innovations and providing cross-disciplinary support across various design programs. Prior experience includes a design apprenticeship at Memo Furniture, where product development, rapid prototyping, and marketing content creation were key responsibilities. Henry also worked as a peer advisor at the University of Oregon, guiding students in design-related fields, and began a career in hospitality at The Bier Stein, progressing from dishwasher to bartender while gaining expertise in beer knowledge. Henry holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Oregon, completed in 2021.
