Vishwas Tomar

Vishwas Tomar is the Co-Founder and COO at Nautix Technologies. Vishwas has over 15 years of experience in maritime operations and has held various leadership positions during their career.

Tomar started their maritime career as a Dual Cadet with A.P. Moller - Maersk in 2003. Vishwas rose through the ranks and became a Junior Officer in 2008. In 2012, they left Maersk to join Teekay as a Chief Officer. Vishwas was responsible for operational planning and decision making as part of the senior management team. Vishwas also closely supported the shore commercial team and managed LNG cargo loading, management and discharging.

In 2018, Tomar co-founded Nautix Technologies, a maritime software company that provides digital solutions for the maritime industry. As COO, they are responsible for the company's overall operations and growth strategy. Under their leadership, Nautix Technologies has become one of the leading maritime software companies globally.

Vishwas Tomar's educational career includes an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology, a Diploma in Maritime Studies (Dual Officer) from the Singapore Polytechnic, and a Certificate of Competency (Class 1) Master Mariner from the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore.

Vishwas Tomar reports to Tarang Valecha, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Shantanu Mishra - Co-Founder & CPO, Neiloy George - Business Development Manager.
