Amanda Sarginson

Amanda Sarginson, JD, CHRL, serves as the Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary at NAV CANADA, a role held since June 2017, where previous positions included Assistant Vice President, Labour Relations, and Senior Legal Counsel. Prior experience includes serving as a Labour and Employment Lawyer at Emond Harnden from May 2009 to June 2017, and as a Manager of Human Resources at both First Air and the National Arts Centre. Amanda also contributed to academic training as an Employment Law instructor at Algonquin College from September 2012 to April 2013. Educational qualifications encompass a JD in Common Law from the University of Ottawa, a Human Resources certificate from Algonquin College, and a BA in Psychology from Western University.
