Darlene George has an extensive career in air traffic management, with over 27 years of experience at NAV CANADA, where roles have included Manager of Air Traffic Operations - Airports, Regional Training Specialist, Unit Operations Specialist, and Air Traffic Controller. Prior experience includes serving as an Air Traffic Controller at Transport Canada from 1993 to 1996. Darlene George holds a Basic Training ATC degree from the Transport Canada Training Institute, completed in 1993, and an Air Traffic Services Diploma from Georgian College, earned in 1992, specializing in Aeronautics, Aviation, and Aerospace Science and Technology.
