Armando Carvalho

Armando Carvalho has extensive experience in quality and environment management, currently serving as the Head of Quality and Environment Management at NAV Portugal, EPE since November 2003. Carvalho has held various managerial roles, including Production and Quality Manager at VIROC Portugal SA, where the implementation of the Quality Management System according to NP EN ISO 9001:2000 was a key responsibility. Previous positions include Head of the Collision Department at RTM and Production Manager at Litho Formas, where significant restructuring and process improvements were achieved. An early career at INCM involved overseeing the High Security Printing division. Armando Carvalho's educational background includes an Engineer's degree from IST - Instituto Superior Técnico and multiple executive education programs in Business Administration, Integrated Management Systems, and Health and Safety Management from reputable institutions.
