Chris Renzulli

Chris Renzulli is a Partner at Nava. Prior to joining Nava, Chris served as the Executive Vice President of Operations at Coast Personnel Services from February 2002 to May 2010. In this role, Chris was responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day operations, as well as developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiencies and productivity.

Before their tenure at Coast Personnel Services, Chris worked as a Consultant/Business Development/Operations at Innovative Cost Management Services (ICMS) from May 2010 to August 2021. At ICMS, Chris provided employee benefit consulting services to individuals, single employer groups, and Taft Hartley Trust Funds. Chris was also responsible for developing creative and innovative solutions to help clients achieve greater value by increasing efficiencies, reducing cost, and enhancing employee productivity.

Chris holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.

Chris Renzulli has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication and Leadership Studies from California State University, Chico. Chris also has a certification from the California Department of Insurance in Certified Insurance Consultant License (Life & Health).

They work with Colleen Locke - Director of Client Success, John Capecelatro - VP, Operations, and Rick Livesay - Partner. Chris Renzulli reports to Brandon Weber, Co-Founder & CEO.
