Colleen Locke has been working in the human resources field for over eight years. Colleen started their career as an intern at Whitney Center, a non-profit organization that provides services to people with disabilities. After completing their internship, Colleen worked as a sales associate at Smith Keon Jewelers. Colleen then began working as a benefits consultant at Willis, where they remained for five years. In September 2017, Colleen joined Namely as a team lead in benefits consulting. Colleen left Namely in August 2020 to take on the role of director of client success at Nava.
