Kayly Hill

Kayly Hill is the Director of Strategic Accounts at Nava. Kayly has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Kayly began their career as a Property & Casualty underwriter at Auto-Owners Insurance in 2002. In 2005, they transitioned to National Accounts Underwriting at Cigna. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Benefits Consultant at Aon. In 2010, they joined Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. as a Benefits Consultant. In 2014, they joined USI Insurance Services as an Assistant Vice President. Kayly has been with Nava since 2022.

Kayly Hill graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from Michigan State University. Kayly then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Keller Grad.

They are on a team with Patrick Kehoe - Chief Operating Officer, Melissa Paine - Manager, Sales Development, and Jason Wilson - Director of Software Engineering. Their manager is Brandon Weber, Co-Founder & CEO.
