Ero Gray

Ero Gray is a Senior Project Manager at Nava, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to that, they were an Agile Project Manager and Help Desk Support Manager at CivicActions from September 2016 to October 2021. There, they led a cross-functional team for a project serving adult literacy educators on behalf of the Department of Education, and also lead a help desk team for the Drupal CMS integration project for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Ero also helped support the DKAN open source open data platform used by federal, state and city government open data portal clients. Ero Gray created CivicActions’ help desk practice area, developing standards and policies to be used across projects to ensure that every customer and client interaction meets a high standard of empathy, kindness and a human-centered approach to technology.

From May 2012 to August 2016, Ero Gray was the Technical Support Manager at Idealist.org. There, they managed the technical support team and was responsible for providing technical support to Idealist’s users. Ero also created and maintained documentation for Idealist’s technical support team, and developed training materials for new team members.

Ero Gray was the IT Manager at SafeSpace NYC from August 2008 to December 2009. In that role, they managed the IT team and was responsible for providing IT support to SafeSpace’s users. Ero also created and maintained documentation for SafeSpace’s IT team, and developed training materials

Their manager is Rohan Bhobe, CEO and Co-Founder. They are on a team with Loren Yu - Co-Founder & Senior Software Engineer, Krista Davis - Software Engineering Lead, and Tiffany Chen - Project Manager.
