Jessi Bull

Jessi Bull is the Growth Strategy Manager at Nava. Previously, Jessi served as a board member for the Digital Services Coalition, a non-profit organization designed to promote digital services best practices across government. Jessi also co-led a team of 9 engineers and designers at Nava to rapidly develop an Unemployment Insurance claim status tracking product for California. The product reached 5M users in its first month and continues to improve access to critical income supports. Prior to joining Nava, Jessi managed a $30M portfolio of technology projects for 8 State agencies as the WIC Technology and Operations Program Lead at the USDA. Jessi also oversaw $1B in infant formula rebate contracts, grocery and vendor contractual arrangements and enforcement, food delivery operations, and service design for 14 different State agencies ranging from small Indian Tribal Organizations to the nation’s largest WIC program.

Jessi Bull has a MPA from The University of Georgia in Public Policy and a Bachelor's from The University of Georgia in International Affairs. Jessi also has certification from the Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
