Ryan Sibley

Ryan Sibley is a content strategist who has worked for the federal government, Sunlight Foundation, and ABC News. Ryan has a passion for writing and editing content that is accessible to the public. As a research fellow at The Governance Lab, they researched ways to improve the criminal justice system. At Sunlight Foundation, they were responsible for data and applications editor. During their internship at ABC News/ The Blotter, they had the opportunity to work on a variety of stories.

Ryan Sibley has a Master's degree in Journalism and public policy from American University, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English literature from California State University, Long Beach, and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Cypress College.

They are on a team with Stephanie Elie - Senior Content Strategist, James Hupp - Senior Content Strategist, and Cyrus Sethna - Communications Lead. Ryan Sibley reports to Zoe Blumenfeld, VP, Communications.
