Shaun Mosley

Shaun Mosley is currently a designer and researcher at Nava. Shaun has previously worked as a senior interaction designer at Intuit from September 2017 to October 2019, and as a multimodal interaction designer at [24]7 from December 2015 to August 2017.

As a senior interaction designer at Intuit, Shaun was responsible for leading corporations in the financial, automotive repair, and internet radio industries to the best multimodal practices. Shaun wowed clients with their concepts that were both novel and practical.

In addition to projects for external clients, Shaun also initiated design for an enterprise tool intended to expedite the IVR development process. After working with peers who created IVRs daily, they quickly identified several key bottlenecks that stretched out production time while also adding in more potential for human error. After conducting 10 user interviews and 17 online surveys, they drew up plans for a tool that would improve the workflow for four different departments.

Shaun Mosley received a Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a Minor in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Central Florida. Shaun also attended Nova High School.

Shaun Mosley reports to Senongo Akpem, VP, Design & Research. They work with Monique Baena-Tan - Designer/Researcher, Makaela Stephens - Designer/Researcher, and Lizzie Manning - Designer/Researcher.
