Prasant Jaiswal has a range of experience in the recruitment field. Prasant started their career as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at SYMBIOSTAFF, LLC in November 2018, where they specialized in IT staffing for contract placements. Prasant was responsible for screening candidates, conducting interviews and tests, and managing the selection process. Prasant also utilized various sourcing techniques like internet tools, referrals, and databases.

In February 2020, Prasant joined Mswork Consulting as a Senior US IT Recruiter. Here, they worked with direct and implementation clients on both contract and full-time roles. Prasant recruited candidates at all levels, from entry level to senior management, in IT, Marketing, Customer Services, and Finance. Prasant successfully hired over 10 senior software engineers in a competitive market.

After that, Prasant joined Morae in November 2022 as a US Associate for a brief period until December 2022.

Currently, Prasant is working at NAVA Software Solutions as a US IT Recruiter starting from April 2023. Prasant has faced tough challenges and worked in diverse roles, including onsite, hybrid, and remote positions in both IT and functional areas. Prasant Jaiswal completed a Higher National Diploma in Business/Commerce from St. Francis Xavier High School between 2009 and 2010. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from City College of Commerce and Business Administration between 2012 and 2014.
