Wesney Bolzan Silva

Wesney Bolzan Silva has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of information security and technology. Wesney is currently the Co-Founder of TBRSafe since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Cyber Security | CISO at NAVA - Technology for Business starting from April 2021.

Wesney also worked at IBM as a Senior Management Consultant from February 2022 to October 2022. Wesney played a crucial role in building the Next Gen SOC for the company's main security client, leading to improved customer perception, increased service scope, and enhanced contract profitability.

Before IBM, Wesney held various roles at Cipher | A Prosegur company. Wesney was the LATAM Information Security and System Integration Director from December 2018 to April 2021. Wesney was responsible for defining the Go-To-Market Strategy, financial management, and project delivery methodology of the Business Unit in Latin America. Wesney also served as the Chief Project Manager and Integration Team Manager during their tenure at Cipher.

Prior to Cipher, Wesney worked as an Information Security Project Manager at Carrefour from July 2013 to February 2015. Wesney was accountable for managing projects related to information security and monitoring audits.

Wesney's previous experiences include working as an Infrastructure and Information Security Leader at Allnet Group, Infrastructure and Information Security Leader at AIG, and Regional Information Security Officer at BNP PARIBAS.

Wesney started their career as a Technical Support Analyst at Image Solution in September 2001.

Later on, from 2014-2015, they completed a Project Management MBA with PMI Practice at FIAP.
