Robert Ornelas is an experienced law enforcement and security professional with a robust background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Deputy Sheriff II for Navajo County since November 2022, Robert also operates Four Circles Ranch as the owner. Previous roles include Adult Intensive Probation Officer for the Arizona Supreme Court, Peace Officer for the City of Friendswood, and various leadership positions within the U.S. Coast Guard, including Enforcement Division Chief and Commanding Officer. Robert has extensive experience in maritime security, emergency management, and community service, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Homeland Security from American Military University. Additional educational experiences include training with FEMA and the Department of Homeland Security.
