Clair Hanson

Clair Hanson has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Clair began their career in 2008 as an intern at the Virginia Tech Communication Department. In 2010, they joined BAE Systems, Inc. where they held various roles including Financial Analyst, Program Coordinator, and Property Manager. Their responsibilities in these positions included providing support to program managers, resolving day-to-day issues, and preparing presentations for customers. Since 2015, Clair has been working at the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) as the Deputy Division Director, Financial Operations for the NATO SEASPARROW Project Office.

Clair Hanson obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech between 2005 and 2009. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications from LinkedIn in 2022, including "A Navy SEAL's Surprising Key to Building Unstoppable Teams: Caring," "5 Ways to Control Your Time," "How to Stop Wasting Time in Meetings," "Get More Done in Less Time," and "Developing a Mentoring Program."
