Keith W. has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Keith started their career as a Graphic Designer & Associate Producer in the National Broadcasting Company in 1996. Keith progressed through various roles in the company, eventually becoming the Senior Director of Interactive Television from 2001 to 2002. After that, they worked as an Electrical Engineer at AstroNova, Inc. from 2008 to 2009.
From 2009 to 2019, Keith worked at Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) in different roles, including Technical Program Manager and Lead Systems Engineer of Distributed Unmanned Systems & Sensors. Keith then joined the Office of Naval Research as a Program Officer from 2018 to 2019, focusing on Unmanned Undersea Vehicles (UUVs) and Applied Oceanography.
In 2019, Keith joined INSPIRE Environmental as a Technical Program Manager and later moved to Applied Ocean Sciences (AOS) as the Chief Technologist in 2019. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Digital Engineering Strategy and Development at Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) since 2020.
Keith W. completed their undergraduate courses in Industrial and Product Design at Pratt Institute in 1994. Keith then went on to earn an Associate of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Community College of Rhode Island from 2003 to 2005. Keith W. further pursued their education by obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Rhode Island from 2005 to 2007.
