Kyle McGrath

Kyle McGrath currently serves as the Aviation Support Systems Engineering Manager at the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) since May 2020, having previously held the same role at Gryphon Technologies from March 2018 to May 2020. With extensive experience in the US Navy, Kyle has been a National-level senior technical expert in aircraft carrier auxiliary systems design and modernization, leading engineering policy compliance during Refueling and Complex Overhaul (RCOH) projects. Earlier roles include various engineering positions aboard USNS vessels and serving as a Rescue Swimmer. Kyle's career began with an internship at Maersk Line, and academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering from SUNY Maritime College.
