Tasia Butler

Tasia Butler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in administrative and human resources roles. Currently serving as the Lead Administrative Officer at the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) since March 2023, Tasia previously held positions as a Human Resources Specialist at both NAVSEA and the Secretariat of the Navy, SECNAV M&RA, from December 2020 to March 2023 and June 2022 to March 2023, respectively. Tasia also has a background in academia, having worked as a Graduate Assistant for the Women's Basketball Team at James Madison University from August 2018 to August 2019 and as a Human Resources Intern with the PGCPS Board of Education in the summer of 2018. Additionally, Tasia completed an internship at the Center for Multicultural Student Services in 2016. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy and Administration, both from James Madison University.
