Tara Peters

Tara Peters, Ph.D., serves as the Executive Director of Workforce, Career and Technical Education at Navarro College since June 2021. In addition, Tara Peters has been a professor at the Richard DeVos Graduate School of Management, Northwood University, since August 2003, providing instruction in leadership, organizational behavior, process improvement, and capstone courses. Tara Peters' prior roles at Northwood University include Academic Dean, Associate Professor and Division Chair of Management and Marketing, Assistant Professor and Department Chair of Management, and Instructor in Management. Earlier in their career, Tara Peters was the Principal and a Secondary Mathematics Teacher at Ambassadors of Christ Christian Academy from August 1993 to August 2003. Tara Peters holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Systems from Union Institute & University, an MBA in Finance from Dallas Baptist University, and a BBA in Economics and Finance from Texas Wesleyan University.
