John O'Connell

John O'Connell has over 30 years of experience in environmental and municipal engineering. John has expertise in business management, project management, design, and construction of various complex municipal and private development projects. Throughout their career, they have successfully coordinated and communicated with private companies, municipalities, and other public agencies. Mr. O'Connell has extensive knowledge in regulatory license and permit applications, process engineering and design, and selection of construction materials and equipment. John has also been responsible for the supervision and coordination of technical personnel, as well as the management and administration of large projects.
