Sam Price, PMP, CCM, LEED AP has a diverse work experience in the construction management field. Sam began their career as a Construction Inspector at L.R. Kimball in 2001. Sam then worked as a Roadway Supervisor at Green-horn & Omara and Site-Blauvelt Engineers before joining Dick Corporation as a Roadway Supervisor and later as a Roadway Lead Inspector. In 2009, they moved to Management Engineering Corporation as a Construction Manager and held this position until 2013 when they became the Construction Manager at Hill International, Inc. There, they served as the Resident Construction Manager on the MP40.20 Bridge Replacement Project. Sam further enhanced their experience at McTish, Kunkel & Associates as an Assistant Project Manager in 2014. The same year, they joined RETTEW Associates, Inc. as a Construction Manager, overseeing various construction projects, including natural gas pads, water impoundments, and lease roads. Most recently, they have been working at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson as a Construction Manager-Roadway Lead Inspector before joining Navarro & Wright Consulting Engineers, Inc. as a QA Construction Manager in 2020. Throughout their career, Sam has excelled in project management, construction inspection, and quality assurance, with a focus on roadway and infrastructure projects.

Sam Price, PMP, CCM, LEED AP has a Bachelor's degree in Management from Ashworth College. They also have an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Construction Management, an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management from Ashworth College, and an Associate's degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Penn Foster Group. In addition to their education, Sam Price has obtained several certifications including but not limited to, Bituminous Field Technician from NECEPT, Certified Coatings Inspector from NACE International, The Corrosion Society, Certified Construction Manager (CCM) from CMAA/CMCI, Certified Survey Technician (CST) from ACSM/NSPS, and LEED AP O+M from Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI). They also have certifications in various other fields such as Drilling Inspector-Level II from PennDOT (Pennsylvania department of Transportation), NICET Level IV-Highway Construction Inspection from NICET, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute, among others.
