Harshit Sharma is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as Senior Executive-Talent Lifecycle at NAV India since July 2024, Harshit previously held the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Executive at Matellio Inc. from January 2021 to June 2024, where responsibilities included leading comprehensive recruitment processes and negotiating job offers for a software services company specializing in Next-Gen, Web, and Mobile technologies. Prior to that, Harshit worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Resources Valley from June 2019 to January 2021, managing recruitment processes and client communications. Harshit also gained early experience through internships and ambassador roles with Times Internet and Microsoft. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Jaipur Engineering College & Research Center.
