Janet Cicerano

Janet Cicerano currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Naveo Credit Union since November 2004, with responsibilities encompassing 85% human resources management for 33 employees across two branches and 15% board administration. Prior to this role, Janet worked at Verizon from 1974 to 2004, holding positions as a Software Engineer and Executive Assistant. As a Software Engineer, Janet focused on analyzing mainframe data for production efficiency and ensuring network security, while as an Executive Assistant, Janet coordinated schedules and travel for C-level executives and developed a training database for 200 employees. Janet holds an Associate's Degree in Business from Newbury College, an Event Planning Certification from Northeastern University, and a Project Management Certification from The George Washington University.
