Jacob Sorensen

SVP - IRM Sales at NAVEX

Jacob Sorensen's work experience starts in 2001 at Eschelon Telecom, where they served as a Customer Manager, leading account managers, technical support call centers, and field technicians. Jacob achieved low churn rates and developed training and incentive plans. In 2007, they joined Integra as the Director of Customer Operations, overseeing various teams such as inside sales, sales operations, project management, and customer success. Jacob'slargest team had over 240 employees. In 2016, Sorensen joined NAVEX Global as the Vice President of Global Sales Operations & Strategy. Jacob led the sales organization's strategy, operations, and technology, including sales operations, solutions engineering, account management, and special projects. In 2019, they became the SVP of IRM Sales, continuing to contribute to the company's success.

Jacob Sorensen's education history includes a degree in Business Management from UOP, and they attended GPHS as well. Jacob also obtained certification in ITIL foundation in 2015.
