January Vizconde has over 20 years of experience in various roles and industries. The most recent position held was as the VP of Data Services and Implementation at NAVEX, where they led a team of 150 members and played a key role in executing the company's GTM strategy. Prior to that, they served as the Sr Director of Data Services and Manager of the Technical Team at NAVEX, overseeing teams responsible for case completion and implementing scalable solutions. They also have experience as a Business System Analyst at Epiq Systems, a Senior Client Installations Specialist at Fiserv EFT, an Integration II Manager/UAT Manager at Genesis Financial Solutions, a Loss Prevention Supervisor at U.S. Bank, a Department Manager at Pella Vinyl, and a CSR III at Household Bank.

January Vizconde earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Portland State University, where they studied from 1998 to 2003. Later, in 2012-2013, they pursued a Certificate in Computer Information Systems from Portland Community College.
