Akshat Uniyal

Akshat Uniyal is currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Navi since May 2023, where responsibilities include managing performance management for over 450 employees and conducting monthly attrition analysis. Previously, Akshat held the position of Regional Human Resources Manager- North at VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd. from July 2021 to May 2023, overseeing talent acquisition, interviews, salary negotiations, and employee talent management. Earlier experience includes roles as a Management Trainee in Human Resources and a D2C Chief Igniter at Dare2Compete, along with internships focusing on human resources and content writing. Akshat holds a PGDM in Human Resource Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service (2019-2021) and a B.A. (Hons) in English Literature from Delhi University (2015-2018).
