Diwakar Agrawal

Diwakar Agrawal has a diverse range of work experience. Diwakar currently serves as the Head of Operations Design & Strategy at Navi, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they were a Senior Manager of Strategy at Navi from July 2021 to December 2021.

Before joining Navi, Diwakar worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Consultant from July 2019 to July 2021. Diwakar also held the role of Senior Associate at BCG from June 2017 to June 2019.

Diwakar started their career as a Summer Associate at The Boston Consulting Group in 2016. Diwakar then worked at Intel Corporation as a Design Automation Engineer from July 2012 to May 2015, where they were responsible for the design and development of pre and post-silicon verification tools.

Prior to Intel, Diwakar gained experience as an Engineering Intern at Qualcomm in 2010.

Diwakar Agrawal completed their B.Tech-M.Tech Dual Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, from 2007 to 2012. Diwakar then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Business Administration and Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, they obtained the Professional Scrum Product Owner I certification from Scrum.org in 2019.
