Morten Sichlau is an experienced HR consultant currently working at Naviair since May 2017, specializing in full-cycle recruitment, employee consultation, labor law, and various HR projects. Morten possesses proficiency in HR data management and analysis, process optimization, and implementation of systems in collaboration with HR leadership. Prior experience includes roles as an HR employee at Landbrugs- og Fiskeristyrelsen, where Morten handled recruitment and managed maternity leave, and as an HR partner at Direktoratet for FødevareErhverv, focusing on case processing and training. Morten's career began in the Økonomistyrelsen as an assistant in HR and finance. Morten holds multiple degrees in public governance and administration from Professionshøjskolen Metropol and Niels Brock, complemented by a background in business studies.
Naviair
Provision of air navigation services is Naviair’s first and foremost priority, i.e. to provide its services in an efficient and expeditious way, guiding aircraft safely through Danish airspace with minimum delays. Naviair offers training of all operative staff at its own college - of which that of Air Traffic Controllers constitutes the primary part - and operates and maintains the advanced technical systems and air navigation aids. The initial training takes place at Entry Point North, the joint Scandinavian Academy i Malmö. Naviair has a staff of approximately 640 persons most of which are Air Traffic Controllers and technical staff, and runs a business of approximately DKK 900m a year.
