Craig Young has extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Craig began their career as a Training Technician at Intermountain Power Service Corporation in 1985. Craig then progressed to roles such as Supervisor - Computer Operations and Supervisor - System Support, where they supervised technical analysts and oversaw the maintenance and support of various computer systems. In 2011, they became a Regulatory Analyst, managing the Enterprise Content Management System Capital Project.
In 2014, Young joined DoxTek as a Business Analyst, consulting with clients to identify technology business needs and creating technical and functional user documentation. Craig also served as a Project Manager/Business Analyst and later became the Director of Engineering, responsible for coordinating the efforts of software engineers in developing and implementing document management technology solutions.
Recently, in 2020, Young joined Naviant as a Business Analyst, and later transitioned to the role of Retired - Business Analyst. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in project management, business analysis, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver effective technology solutions.
Craig Young earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a concentration in Industrial Relations from the University of Phoenix, where they attended from 1989 to 1991. Prior to that, they obtained a Certificate in Business Applications Programming from Mountainwest Computer Schools in 1983-1984, specializing in Computer Programming.
In addition to their formal education, Craig Young also obtained several certifications. In 2015, they earned the PMI-PBA certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2013, they obtained the Certified Environmental Specialist certification from the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Certified Records Manager (CRM) certification from the ICRM - Institute of Certified Records Managers.
