Matt Shy

Matt Shy has a diverse work experience. Matt started their career in 2012 as a Business Consultant at the Small Business Development Center and later worked as a Business Consultant at the Ashland Council for Economic Development in 2013. In 2014, they joined Westfield Group/Westfield Insurance as an Electronic Content Management (ECM) Intern and also worked as a Business Analyst at CASNET. Since 2017, Matt has been working at Naviant, initially as a Business Analyst and currently as a Business Consultant.

Matt Shy attended Ashland University from 2010 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Their degree focused on Entrepreneurship, Information Systems, and Business Management, with a minor in Computer Science.
