Fiona Richardson

Fiona Richardson is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources roles across diverse regions. As HR Director for EMEA at Navico Group since May 2022, Fiona has played a pivotal role in shaping organizational strategy and driving people initiatives in a complex global matrix environment. Prior to this, Fiona held the position of Director of Human Resources for Networks & Distribution at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, where successful integration efforts with Sky Vision post-Comcast's acquisition were led. Fiona's career also includes managerial roles in human resources at CNBC for both EMEA and APAC regions, as well as experience at DPS Engineering and in the pharmaceutical industry as a consultant. Fiona's educational background features advanced degrees from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and University College Cork, along with a degree in Human Resource Management from Munster Technological University.
