Vyacheslav Filippov

Vyacheslav Filippov has several years of experience in project management and implementation of various systems. Vyacheslav worked as a Project Manager at Navicon in 2017, where they managed the implementation and development of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Terrasoft Creatio, and SalesForce systems. Vyacheslav was also responsible for participating in pre-sales activities and preparing technical specifications, commercial proposals, and contracts for implementation projects.

Prior to that, Vyacheslav worked at 1Forma as a Project Manager from 2016 to 2017, where they managed the implementation of a BPM class system for the "First Form" company. Vyacheslav'sresponsibilities included participating in pre-sales, evaluating implementation projects, and automating business processes, project management, CRM, and electronic document management.

From 2013 to 2016, Vyacheslav worked as a Project Manager at DIRECTUM, where they implemented corporate systems for enterprise management, accounting, financial management, contract management, and budgeting. Vyacheslav was also responsible for implementing the DIRECTUM electronic document management system, preparing commercial proposals, and developing technical assignments and specifications for implementation projects.

Before their project management roles, Vyacheslav worked as a Senior Specialist of the Personified Accounting Department at Отделение Пенсионного фонда Российской Федерации (a state institution) from 2012 to 2013. Vyacheslav was a System Administrator at ООО СТМ «Удмуртия» in 2011, and a Small Business Loan Officer at ЗАО "Райффайзенбанк" for a brief period in the same year.

Vyacheslav Filippov obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Izhevsk State Technical University (ISTU) in 2010. Vyacheslav then pursued a Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science at the same university from 2010 to 2011. In terms of additional certifications, Filippov received several project management-related certifications including Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in September 2020, Scrum Methodology for Software Development in Project Management from PM Expert in September 2020, Application of Microsoft Project Professional in project management from PM Expert (Advanced module) in June 2019, Application of Microsoft Project Professional in project management from PM Expert (Basic module) in June 2019, Program & Portfolio Management Expert (PRIME) from PM Expert in December 2018, Project Management Expert (PME) from PM Expert in April 2018, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in September 2018. Additionally, Filippov completed English language courses at English Tochka school, achieving an upper-intermediate level in December 2017 and an intermediate level in May 2017.
