Leticia De La Rosa has worked in the customer service industry for over 20 years. Leticia began their career at Aspen Distribution in 1996 as a Customer Service Representative, where they supervised returned merchandise and processed international orders. In 2000, they moved to Mars as a Customer Service Specialist-VMI, where they monitored and maintained inventory levels to maximize company profits and customer service. Leticia then moved to Avery Dennison Label and Packaging Materials in 2010 as a Customer Service Representative, where they managed multi-million dollar wholesale accounts. In 2013, they joined Activision as a Customer Service Advocate-Supply Chain, where they were responsible for order processing and ensuring compliance with appropriate promotions and discount programs. Finally, in 2017, they joined Navien, Inc. as a Senior Returns Account Manager, later becoming a Senior Regional Account Manager and Regional Account Manager.
Leticia De La Rosa completed an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations at Mount San Antonio College. Prior to this, they attended Schurr High School.
