Lisa Galicia-Arce

Lisa Galicia-Arce has over 10 years of work experience. From 2011 to present, they have been employed at Navien, Inc. where they have held the roles of Marketing Programs Supervisor, Sr. Marketing Programs Lead, Sr. Marketing Programs Coordinator, Marketing Programs Coordinator, and Technical Administrator. As Technical Administrator, their responsibilities included registering units for warranty, researching and gathering information to process warranty labor claims, assisting with investigating lawsuits and subrogation insurance claims, and analyzing data and issues on a daily basis. Prior to their time at Navien, Inc., Lisa was employed at Coach as a Sales Associate from 2009-2011.

Lisa Galicia-Arce completed their education at Saddleback College from 2009 to 2013, where they studied Child Development and General Education.
