Jane J. Thompson

Jane J. Thompson is a director at Navient and a former board member of several companies, including CompoSecure, Mitek Systems, Blackhawk Network, OnDeck, Financial Health Network, and VeriFone.

Thompson began their career in 2012 as an advisor for Mitek Systems. Jane served on the compensation and nom/gov committees before becoming a board member in 2017. In September of that year, they joined Blackhawk Network as a board member and served on the compensation committee until 2018.

In October 2014, Jane became a board member for both OnDeck and Financial Health Network. Jane served on OnDeck’s board until 2020 and on Financial Health Network’s until 2017. Jane was also a board member of VeriFone from March 2014 to August 2018.

Jane J. Thompson has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati.
