Alejandro Novo del Río

Alejandro Novo del Río is a professional with extensive maritime engineering experience. Currently serving as Primer Oficial de Máquinas at Naviera Armas since December 2018, Alejandro has contributed to the operations of the Buque HSC Volcán de Taidia and Buque Volcán de Tinamar. Prior positions include Segundo Oficial de Máquinas on the same vessels and Engine Cadet roles at Naviera Murueta S.A. and CSIC, where experience was gained on the buques SUA, Laga, and the oceanographic research vessel Sarmiento de Gamboa. Alejandro holds a Master's degree in Ingeniería marina and a Bachelor's degree in Ingeniería marina, both from Universidade da Coruña.
