Prior to this role, Maxmilian held positions as a Business Development Manager at Emerson Process Management from May 2012 to March 2015 and as a Marketing (Sales) Manager at PT. Mirlindo Padu Kencana from August 2010 to April 2012. Maxmilian possesses a Bachelor's degree in Petrochemical Engineering from the University of Indonesia and a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on finance from Universitas Pelita Harapan, completed in 2018.
