Eileen Bartholomew

Eileen Bartholomew is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic consulting and innovation. Currently, Eileen serves as a Partner at Navigate, where the focus is on guiding companies through transformative change. Previously, Eileen held the position of Principal at Bessemer Alliance, leading the strategy and innovation practice area, and served as CXO at Griffin Dunn, addressing complex business challenges. Eileen's leadership experience also includes roles as CEO at XPRIZE, where multi-million dollar incentive prizes were developed, and Alliance Partner at PharmaBioSource, where a successful IP transaction practice was established. Earlier in Eileen's career, positions at Navigant Consulting and Harbor Research highlighted expertise in market strategy and emergent technology opportunities. Eileen holds a Baccalaureate degree in Biology from Harvard University and completed the Exponential Technologies Executive Program at Singularity University.
