Alex Teodosio, MBA, MPA, SCP, SPHR has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources. Alex began their career in 1995 as a Senior Program Coordinator at Kent State University, where they developed and delivered adult development courses and provided technical assistance to retiring business owners on various succession planning options. In 2001, they moved to EY as a Manager of HR Tax Consulting, responsible for marketing human resources services and projects to clients, as well as providing consulting in areas of employee benefits plans and ESOP transactions. In 2005, they joined Robinson Memorial Hospital as Manager of Employee Relations and Employment, where they managed employee relations, recruiting, compensation and employment functions. Alex then moved to The University of Akron in 2008, where they served as Manager of Employee and Labor Relations and then Assistant Vice President of Human Resources. In 2015, they joined John Carroll University as Chief Human Resources Officer, leading the Human Resources team and providing strategic leadership and vision to support and promote a diverse, inclusive and high performance workforce. In 2018, Alex moved to AML RightSource as Vice President of Human Resources and Shared Services, leading the Human Resources team and providing strategic leadership and vision to support a high performance workforce. Alex is currently Chief Human Resources Officer at Navigate360, where they are responsible for leading acquisition efforts, including due diligence and talent integration activities, employee relations strategies, workforce planning, policy development and overall risk mitigation. Alex has initiated the implementation of a new HRIS to enhance payroll, ATS, performance management and data integrity capabilities, and has prepared and delivered content at executive board meetings, operations reviews and company-wide communications. Alex has also led an employee engagement strategy including survey design, employee focus group facilitation and communication enhancement strategy, and has been recognized as a Certified Great Place to Work and a NorthCoast99 company for two consecutive years.

Alex Teodosio has a rich educational history. Alex obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Kent State University with a focus in Finance & Human Resource Management. Alex then went on to earn their Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Bowling Green State University Graduate College, with a focus in Personnel Management. Alex also earned their Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from Bowling Green State University. Theireducational background also includes a College Preparatory degree from Walsh Jesuit High School. Additionally, Alex Teodosio holds several certifications, including a Predictive Index Certified Professional from The Predictive Index (obtained in March 2022), a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM (obtained in June 2015), a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI (obtained in February 2012), a Certified Finance Professional (EDFC) from the National Development Council, and a Weatherhead Executive Leadership Program from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
