Brad Spicer

Brad Spicer has worked in a variety of roles since 1991. Brad began their career in the US Army as a Soldier, before joining the Missouri State Patrol at the Missouri Department of Public Safety in 1994. In 2000, they founded and became CEO of SafePlans LLC. Most recently, they have been the National Director of Safety Preparedness and Emergency Management at Navigate360 since 2022.

Brad Spicer attended the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center, Gavin de Becker, and the Missouri State Highway Patrol Academy.
