Bradley Kemp

Bradley Kemp is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and development roles. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Navigate360 since January 2023, Bradley focuses on enhancing product development and cultivating high-performing teams. Previous positions at Navigate360 included Director of Development and DevOps, where standardization of Jira workflows across multiple projects was achieved. Prior to this, Bradley was the Director of DevOps at Motivating Systems, contributing to the PBIS Rewards application. Additional experience includes roles as Software Development Manager and Lead Software Architect at Boonville Worship Center, Senior Software Engineer at Lieberman Technologies, and Software Engineer at Norlight, Inc. Bradley's early career involved web management at GE Plastics and technical support at Evansville Online. Education was pursued at Ivy Tech Community College from 2000 to 2003.
