Brooke Berman

Brooke Berman has a wealth of work experience, beginning with a Hotel Management Intern role at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in 2015. Brooke then moved to a Hotel Management Intern role at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai in 2016. In 2017, they took on the role of Group Sales Coordinator at Four Seasons Resorts Lanai, Hawaii, where they managed the sales team to achieve revenue goals and maintain a high level of customer service for all assigned accounts. In 2019, Brooke Berman became an Elementary School Teacher at SOUTH UMPQUA SD 19, where they trained in mental, social, and emotional development to manage uncomfortable interactions and encourage healthy verbal and nonverbal behaviors. Brooke also coordinated and lead a school fundraiser to raise revenue and increase accessible instructional resources and materials. In 2021, Brooke Berman moved to Bend-La Pine Schools as an Elementary School Teacher, where they planned and developed new course materials, lesson plans, and assessments while implementing technology to improve processes and engagement levels. Brooke also collected and studied data on students to compare progress to national goals, find trends, and adjust learning strategies as needed. Finally, in 2022, Brooke Berman began their role as Sales Development Representative at Navigate360.

Brooke Berman received their Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Hospitality, and Parks Management (Emphasis in Event Management and Resort Management) from California State University, Chico in 2016. In 2014, they attended SAA - School of Management, Università di Torino for Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Finally, they obtained their Master of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from Pacific University in 2020.
