Matt Mastroine began their work experience in 1993 as General Services and Backoffice help at M&M Market. In 2001, they became a Programmer at DBM Management. In 2002, they moved to Lauren International, Inc. where they were the Software Development Manager for 8 years. In 2010, they joined NaviGate Prepared as the Director of Development and Senior Software Engineer. In 2019, they began working at Navigate360 as the Vice President of Engineering and Portfolio Development and the Vice President of Product Development.

Matt Mastroine attended Dover High School from 1994 to 1997. Matt then attended Kent State University from 1997 to 1998, earning an Associate's degree in Computer Design and Animation Engineering. Matt then attended Taylor University from 1999 to 2001, earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science - Artificial Intelligence.
