Steve Augustine has been working in the sales and customer service industry since 2001. Steve began their career as a Customer Service Rep at Shaws Supermarket in 2001. In 2005, they took on the role of Computer Technician at Calcagni Associates Real Estate. In 2008, they joined Carousel Industries as an Inside Sales Director, AVAYA Team. In this role, they assisted their team of 15 Virtual Account Executives in giving customers peace of mind as they explored and implemented technology solutions. Steve also led and mentored a team of 20 Inside Sales Reps and prospected for new clients. In 2021, they joined Navigate360 as an Account Executive. In this role, they are responsible for providing holistic safety and wellness solutions.
Steve Augustine completed their Bachelor degree in Science Management at Central Connecticut State University between 2005 and 2008. Prior to that, they attended the University of Connecticut for one year in 2003-2004, studying Marine Science. Steve has also obtained two additional certifications, Avaya Cloud Office Sales Proficient from Avaya in August 2020, and Selling with LinkedIn for Teams from Vengreso | The Digital Sales Transformation Company in April 2020.
